Shipping policy
The shipping carrier is chosen by HeartWork Sew Designs. Most packages are shipped via USPS, but UPS is occasionally used as an option. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us at evelynshearts@gmail.com with your order number and preferred shipping carrier.
Processing Time Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing for custom orders before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Ready made items will ship with 1-2 days of HeartWork Sew Designs receiving your order.

- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- Expedited Shipping — $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $75.00
Expedited Shipping Note Expedited shipping does not mean your order will be processed sooner than the stated turnaround time. It means your order will be shipped via a 2-day speed once dropped off at the carrier.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages Once shipped, HeartWork Sew Designs is no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, please contact us at evelynshearts@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
