All sales are final on custom orders. Returns and cancellations are not accepted once your order is placed. Orders may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, typically more around 2 weeks to be processed depending the number of custom items ordered. Please ALWAYS double-check the turnaround time before placing your custom or pre-order. There are some ready-to-ship items available, which ship in 1-2 days.
